Ye will miss a fine film if ye listens to these scallywag critics. Aye! All hope abandon ye who abides the cowardly swabs! For ye too will walk the plank off the poop deck! Argh! Seriously folks...I enjoyed Pirates, from the acting & cinematography to the music & plot, and especially the music!...Aye! It's a fun, entertaining movie! Each actor does a fine job in his/her perspective roles, especially Bloom, Rush, and Depp. The plot is fine too given the fact that it's completely made up; an afterthought of the Disneyland ride. And the humorous, witty touch is perfect for this type of movie. Excellent special effects and the photography is crisp and colorful. Pirates is a good feature film & it's not too "Disney-ish" either, which is a good thing. By the way! ChicagoVegasJack liked Pirates even more than I and has posted an excellent review...Aye! Are ye up to snuff? Well then, feast yer eyes on Pirates of the Caribbean and get yer pirate booty! Argh!
